Miss Jenna
OPERATING DIRECTOR
Jenna brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education to Moonbow. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Florida and certifications in ESOL, Reading Instruction, and Administration. Her background includes curriculum development, Montessori practices, and work with children with special needs. Guided by a whole-child philosophy, Jenna believes education should nurture curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Outside of Moonbow, she enjoys fishing, gardening, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Miss Taylor
LEAD TEACHER
Taylor brings creativity, patience, and warmth to the classroom. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College and has experience teaching in both elementary and preschool settings. She believes children thrive in environments that honor individuality and imagination, blending play and creativity to support each child’s unique growth.
Outside the classroom, Taylor enjoys handwork, painting, and finding new ways to bring creativity into everyday life.
Miss Jenifer
LEAD TEACHER
Jenifer brings warmth, creativity, and over a decade of experience to the Moonbow community. Originally from Venezuela, she is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Florida. She fell in love with Waldorf-inspired education, where she learned that every child blooms in their own time. Through play-based learning and gentle guidance, Jenifer helps children grow naturally and confidently.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys the beach, crafting, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Miss Greta
ASSISTANT TEACHER
Greta brings warm, energetic, and playful energy to the classroom. She has many years of experience working with children in nurturing, play-filled learning environments. She believes that children learn best through child-led exploration and meaningful connection, creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, kindness, and confidence.
Outside the classroom, Greta enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and soaking in the sunshine of her Florida home.
Miss Hannah
LEAD TEACHER
Hannah brings compassion, enthusiasm, and a sweet, caring nature to the Moonbow community. A Florida native, she began her journey in Orlando before relocating to Jacksonville to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of North Florida.
With over a decade of experience mentoring and educating children through her work with Girl Scouts, Hannah has developed a strong understanding of child development through hands-on learning.
She is excited to share her passion for nature, art, and teaching, guiding children to learn and grow with curiosity and confidence.
Miss Nicol
ASSISTANT TEACHER
Nicol brings calm, observant, and gentle energy to the classroom. With a background in Montessori education and Business Administration, she has several years of experience working with young children in early childhood classroom settings. She believes that children learn best through well-prepared, hands-on environments that nurture independence from the earliest years, creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages calm, order, and respect for each child’s natural pace.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys creating educational materials, exploring sensory activities with her son, and learning more about child-centered space design.
Miss Jill
ASSISTANT TEACHER
Jill brings experience, patience, and a nurturing spirit to the classroom. With over 16 years in early childhood education, she discovered Waldorf principles when her own children were young and began weaving them into their daily rhythm at home. She believes in fostering a love for learning in an unhurried way that protects childhood while encouraging creativity and imagination.
Outside of Moonbow, Jill is a soccer enthusiast and animal lover who enjoys time with her family, traveling, gardening, and baking.
Miss Victoria
LEAD TEACHER
Victoria brings warmth, experience, and enthusiasm to the classroom. With over 10 years in education, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Her background spans both public and private preschool and elementary settings, where she focused on individualized and small-group learning.
She discovered Moonbow Child through a local pop-up play date and immediately connected with its play-based, heart-centered approach to early education. After enrolling her daughter in the Magnolia Grove classroom and spending time as a substitute teacher, Victoria felt inspired to join the Moonbow team—continuing her passion for guiding children through creativity, curiosity, and care.
Miss Riley
ASSISTANT TEACHER
Riley brings experience and a gentle presence to the Magnolia Grove classroom. She has spent several years working with young children through dance, classroom assisting, and caregiving, and is grateful to now be part of the Moonbow community. She believes childhood is a sacred and wonder-filled time, and she strives to nurture confidence, creativity, and independence through warmth, respect, and gentle guidance.
Outside the classroom, Riley enjoys music, dance, and creative projects, and loves spending time with her husband exploring and soaking in the simple joys of life.
